Melancholia- Lars Von Trier

A strange trailer leaves me curious about this film. It is an apocalyptic romance about a marriage and a planet that is on course to collide with Earth. Either directors are really running out of ideas or this could be the next big original piece. It may appear in the 2011 Cannes Film Festival and doesn't have a definite release date. Even though there seems to be a talented cast i feel like this movie could just be a waste of my time. When i judge whether a movie is good or not i analyze whether i keep thinking about it after i see it and i don't think that will happen with this one. Unless the naked Kirsten Dunst has some ongoing mental dysfunction that leads her into a fit and eventually off a cliff into the deep end, That could be worth the time.
