This has to be the most one of the most awaited movies for me in the summer of 2011. I absolutely love these movies because i grew up with these guys. They were protecting my G.I. Joe's, beanie babies, and lego fortified structures. And because of that, i have become jealous of Shia Lebouf that he can yell "OPTIMUS!" at the top of his lungs and he will be there ready to die for him. O and that he can pretty much land the hottest girls this planet has to offer (Fox, The Succubuss in Transformers 2, and Huntington- Whiteley)
During these movies i always feel lost in a trance. My eyes seemed to be trapped in a whirlwind of spinning scrap metal, buildings collapsing, and massive explosions. Sometimes i have no idea whats going on, actually a lot of the time. The special effects are cool but in most times they are moving so fast that it doesn't matter what is transforming because the end result is a giant sword through a decepticons head piece. And i am going to go ahead and say the auto bots have corny lines, but i definitely like it. The frequent "Auto bots assemble!" bring me back to when i was a kid playing with Optimus and Bumblebee on Christmas morning. I can't wait to see this movie as a summer movie and it probably wont ever be anything other then that. I get all jacked up to go see this on a rainy day in July, and maybe feel a little energized after, but never anything more than that. I like when movies leave an everlasting impact on me, and these movies are not like that for me. But maybe the third one will be , you never know!
