Ethan Hunt is back! With a new crew that is ready to take on the most infamous terrorists in the world. To regain their organization's name they have gone undercover to bring the outlaws responsible for the Kremlin bombings to justice. Gun's blazing and tech op's hot, they are about to get themselves into something way bigger than they thought, something impossible to handle, nuclear warfare. But like the good ole Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) that we know, everything is possible, especially when he has mankind's most innovative gadgets to help him along the way. Scaling up the side of a skyscraper with a nice new pair of gloves doesn't seem too hard after all.
The crew that IMF has assembled are the best of the best. And the crew that Brad Bird has casted is also pretty exceptional. To go along with Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt he has recruited Brandt (Jeremy Renner), Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg), Jane Carter (Paula Patton), and Trevor Hanaway (Josh Holloway).
What will be the difference between this Mission: Impossible and the last three? Like the Bond saga most things wont change, except the people and the situation. We will still have massive explosions, ridiculous car stunts, and pretty boys that kick ass. And don't forget the classic theme song to go with it. Based on the trailer it seems that technology has come even further to deliver us more extreme scenarios for the impossible to become possible. Where there are more daring stunts and inventive action sequences, there will also be an audience. So Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol will be able to rake in enough revenue to be deemed successful. And it helps a lot to include what seems to be everyone's new favorite actor, Jeremy Renner.
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is Set to hit theaters on December 21st (USA).
Grade Prediction: B- 81%
